WHAT KIND OF SOCKS CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE?

Fun socks! The panda creates socks with colorful designs that are made of high quality materials, usually 85% Peruvian cotton. Some are bright and colorful, some are more subtle. All of them have patterns or graphics that will get compliments. You will receive different designs every month.

CAN I CHOOSE WHICH SOCKS I RECEIVE EACH MONTH?

My advice to you is to really check the size below so that the socks will fit you well

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE SOCKS WILL FIT ME?

Men’s socks will fit US men’s shoe size 8-12 (Sock Size 10-13). Women’s socks will fit US women’s shoe size 5-10 (Sock Size 9-11). If you’re in that range, the socks we send you will fit well.

Tween Sizes: Sock size 6-8 which ranges between ages 9-11. Many kids start to fit into adult socks at about age 12.  If the tween you have in mind is tall, or has rather large feet for her/his age, then just skip right on to our adult sizes.

Panda Pals will fit children ages 3 to 8 years.  Small corresponds to ages 3 to 5. Medium corresponds to ages 6 to 8.

WHEN DO I GET MY SOCKS?

Sock are sent using USPS First Class mail within 3-5 days of account activation (usually sooner). Each month your socks will be sent around the same time.

International Accounts are processed weekly:

• UPS will deliver all international shipments from the United States to the entry point of each destination country. At that time, the national postal service of the destination country takes over. Due to the transfer of postal services the tracking information is not always reliable but our team is always available to help track down your socks as best we can.

• It takes on average 7-10 additional days for our international packages to reach their final destination. We have seen much shorter and much longer. We are always available to help track down your socks.
