How Blackheads/Acne is Formed plus Solution for Back Blackheads



It's easy to treat back acne for those who has the knowledge, but even simpler if you know how it is formed. You're about to learn how back acne is formed, plus how to get rid of back acne faster.


 During puberty stage, your body produces more hormones, which triggers your oil glands to produce more natural oil for the skin called sebum. This oil finds its way through your skin pores and mixes with the dead skin cells on the surface of the skin. When this dries, it will create a plug over your skin pores. Since the oil has no way to escape your body, it balloons up inside the skin pores forming what we popularly call a Pimple.

Having learnt why people get back acne, the fastest and only real way to treat it, is by focusing on the primary causes of the back acne.

There are 3 things you can do right now to start seeing improvements in treating back acne:

Firstly, I will recommend you use "Witch Hazel" on the part of the body affected with acne. The product is efficient for cleaning the dead skin cells, and the oil on the skin surface. This is highly recommended to prevent the further breakout of acne.
 Witch hazel is best suitable for application after a bath. Ensure you use a soft loofah (or a shower scrub) to spread the cleanser over your back. It would be better if you can reach the areas without using anything but your hand because it would be a lot gentle than a scrub on the skin. After you've covered all the sectors affected, leave and wait for about (3 to 5 minutes) to work, then rinse off your skin.

Secondly, you need Baking Soda. It's a pretty powerful natural acne cleanser that goes deep within a pimple and fights the bacteria that causes a Pimple to having its reddish colour, it also helps your body get rid of it faster. Meanwhile, after using, the skin would remain smooth and soft.

Unlike the witch hazel, this cleanser should be utilised while in the shower right after rinsing off the witch hazel. Using your hand or soft bath scrubber, ensure it covers only the acne affected areas. Allow it be affected area for about 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse off.

After series of research, I have discovered this as one of the better things that you can apply to the skin to getting rid of back acne in a short while.
Ensure you practice it twice a day, morning and evening. Please be informed that baking soda is a very powerful acne cleanser that may cause skin dryness if staying too long on your skin. If you find that your skin is starting to feel tight, and starts drying, you can alternatively use baking soda once a day until your skin gets accustomed to it.

Thirdly, you need frequent "Work Out". If your body is creating pimples still, after applying the method above of treating it, it's because the problem might be within, and not only on the skin. Frequent exercise will help release a lot of the built up hormones in your body causing the breakout. Aerobic type of exercise is best suitable for this. You would notice that the times you clear up the fastest is probably when you're doing work that caused you to sweat the most.
 This doesn't have to be a chore for you as you can pick up something that you enjoy doing. Football, Basketball, Jugging, going to Gym Centre with friends, biking, anything that will keep you enjoying yourself and will make you work hard. If you use the exercise method, it's a lot easier and painless to get rid of back acne when you're doing something that you can actually enjoy doing. I found playing a particular sport or picking up a hobby that you enjoy worked best for me.
